Queen Anne’s summerhouse was a derelict folly lying in woods on the Shuttleworth Estate. This project completely restored the building using traditional methods in keeping with the style of the building to allow it to be let again.

Ecovision designed a Ground Source Heat Pump system that mixed radiators with an underfloor system to create an efficient system that will be cheap to run, reduce carbon emissions and require little maintenance. Due to the heavily wooded area, 3 bore holes were used to extract the required energy.

The Summerhouse is a pretty castellated building using heat pumps to make it a comfortable place for guests to stay.
